You guys probably have noticed that many mods which i share here may have the first step to "Import textures" to do that either you need Txdf#cker or TxdTool and today I'm gonna teach you how to use TXD Tool to import textures into GTA San Andreas Mobile.
Before we start you gonna need :
1. TXD Tool (available at Playstore for like 3$)
2. ZArchiver to extract obb data ( check this tutorial : How to extract obb file )
3. The mod you wanna install (what you gonna import otherwise)
Lets Start the Tutorial :
Lets assume your mod requires you to import file in "txd.txt" but how you gonna find it?
well we gonna use Zarchiver for that so
1. Open Zarchive and find patch.8.com.rockstargames.gtasa.obb, on Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ folder and open it
2. Extract the txd folder from the patch file in your internal storage where you can easily find it.
3. now open TXD Tool and select the folder icon down right side of your screen
4. Now find the TXD folder you just extracted and open txd.txt which can be found inside the txd folder you extracted.
5. Once open you will find a Plus ( + ) icon at down right of your screen
6. click on the Plus ( + ) icon and choose import method ( with alpha or without alpha)
Note : Always check the readme.txt file comes with the mod or folder name which contains textures you will find what import method you need to use.
7. lets say you have a folder name " without alpha" in your mod archive in that case choose Import Without Alpha and select all textures that are inside the "without alpha" folder.
8. once you done importing the textures you need to copy the txd folder to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb/ <paste here> (create texdb folder if its not there)
Note : Importing textures work with any txt file that are present in texdb folder in both obb files (main and patch)
9. Once you done copying just fire up the game and see if your mod started working if it crashes you might need to redo the process.
